Paul is an Associate in the Corporate and Business Practice Group. He assists clients in entity formation and reorganization, securities compliance and private placement, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, and other general corporate matters. Paul also is involved in the Unclaimed Property Practice Group, where he assists clients with compliance, negotiation and resolution of voluntary disclosure agreements, audit defense, structuring gift card programs, policy and procedure implementation, and unclaimed property litigation.
