David brings extensive experience to the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group, where he counsels clients on critical business issues, including entity formations, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial leases, asset purchase and sales transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, technology transfers and licensing, and corporate dissolutions.
Prior to joining Bailey Cavalieri, David served at Battelle Memorial Institute where his corporate practice work included technology transfer initiatives, and the formation and operation of technology start-ups.

Represented clients in mergers and acquisitions of healthcare, manufacturing, energy and technology corporations with market values of $10 million to over $1 billion.
Assisted with the organization and development of multiple central Ohio technology companies.
Assisted for-profit and nonprofit entities with corporate formations, employment and service agreements, licensing arrangements and various matters of corporate governance.
Served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, XVIII Airborne Corps and U.S. Army Reserve.
Served as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable James L. Graham, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
