Richard J. Reis

Rich is an Associate in the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. He assists clients in entity formation, securities compliance and private placement, mergers and acquisitions, underwriting and due diligence review in representation and warranty insurance, contract drafting, and other general corporate matters. Rich also serves as coverage counsel to representations and warranties insurers. Rich provides high-quality legal services to his clients to help them achieve their business objectives.

While earning his law degree, he served as a member of the Ohio State Business Law Journal and worked for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
