Kevin Kelleher

Kevin is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group and an experienced litigator in all related matters, including counseling, wage and hour disputes, discrimination lawsuits, unemployment, restrictive covenants, and any other matter that employers may encounter. He has experience in all stages of litigation, from administrative hearings to oral argument on appeals. While his practice focuses on litigation, he believes the best defense against claims is being proactive and heading off any potential problems before they begin. Kevin’s practice focuses closely on advising employers to prevent litigation and carefully advising them when they find themselves in court.
