At Bailey Cavalieri, our business support professionals are central to the foundation of our success. Our business professionals provide critical functions for attorneys and clients in the areas of accounting, marketing, information technology, office services, administrative services, and as paralegals and legal assistants, among other key roles.

Summer Associate Program

Bailey Cavalieri’s summer associate program is designed to provide law students with a challenging and enjoyable experience. We give summer associates an opportunity to function as associate attorneys, work with attorneys in all substantive practice areas, and engage on meaningful projects. We provide dedicated mentorship and meaningful feedback to promote individual’s professional growth. And, because getting to know our summer associates is paramount, we set up many fun social events throughout the summer where we can engage with our summer associates beyond the workplace.

Because our Summer Associate program is our primary source for hiring new Associates, we are highly discerning during the recruitment process. We seek personable law students who excel academically and who have demonstrated a high level of personal achievement.
