Legal Careers

Because we understand that our success is driven by every action and interaction we have with our clients, we devote significant resources to finding the right people to join our team and even more time and attention to supporting our team members through their professional development. We pride ourselves on an environment where our professionals share the same core values of respect, dedication, service, and integrity.

We invite inquiries from attorneys, business professionals, and law students who demonstrate initiative and a willingness to deliver high quality work while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Our Commitment to Inclusion in the Workplace

At Bailey Cavalieri, we are deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Not only because it is the right thing to do, but because we and our clients all benefit from working with professionals of differing backgrounds and a broad range of perspectives.

Our firm fosters an environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed, where every voice is valued, and where we make it a priority to continually educate ourselves to better support one another. Through our commitment to the Columbus Bar Association’s Minority Clerkship Program, as the founding sponsor of Moritz College of Law’s Identity, Diversity and Justice program, and through active recruitment efforts, we strive to hire and retain talented, diverse professionals to join our team.
