Corporate Associate
Bailey Cavalieri LLC is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and nationally recognized Corporate Practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse mix of corporate and business matters while gaining unique experience in post-closing M&A disputes and transaction risk insurance. You’ll collaborate with clients around the globe, helping them navigate complex transactions and mitigate risk with confidence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Additional Valuable Credentials or Experience
- Experience with M&A work or with respect to post-closing M&A disputes
- Undergraduate degree or work experience in accounting or finance
- CPA, CFA, or other accounting/valuation credentials
