The American Bar Association recently published litigation partner Christopher Tackett’s article detailing the continued evolution of damages available under the Defend Trade Secrets, including recent cases supporting that relatively minor acts occurring domestically can be enough to obtain extraterritorial damages when coupled with more substantial violations of the DTSA overseas.
