Bailey Cavalieri is pleased to announce that the American Bar Association (ABA) has appointed Business Litigation partner, Christopher Tackett , as Co-Chair of the ABA Litigation Section’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee, in recognition of Chris’s prolific experience and expertise in the practice area.
Chris will serve in this leadership role for the 2026–2027 bar year, helping the Committee advance its goals within one of the Litigation Section’s most active subject matter groups. As a preeminent business torts and unfair competition litigation resource and network, the group provides timely, useful content and development opportunities for its members.
