It is with tremendous sadness that we share the passing of our retired partner, Don Davies. After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Law, Don dedicated his entire legal career to our predecessor firms Knepper White and Arter & Hadden. Over the decades, he served not only as a trusted attorney but also as our office managing partner, guiding the firm with steadiness, humility, and unwavering integrity.
Those who worked alongside Don remember him not only for his legal acumen but for his spirit. He was a mentor to many and truly a peacemaker. He was an optimist in the purest sense, someone who consistently saw the best in people and brought out the best in them.
Don enriched the lives of all who knew him. His kindness, optimism, and steady presence will be deeply missed across our firm and the broader community he served so faithfully.
