Elizabeth E. Cary is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in commercial litigation at both state and federal levels. Her experience includes handling contract disputes, construction disputes, civil rights disputes, tort litigation, employment disputes, and appellate litigation.  Elizabeth has extensive experience drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; taking and defending depositions; collecting and evaluating evidence including electronically stored information; conducting and responding to written discovery; conducting settlement negotiations and mediations; and preparing witnesses.  She has represented Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, banks, hospitals, small businesses, and individuals.
