Breanna Tolbert

Breanna is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Breanna gained experience in-house with a focus on corporate transactions before transitioning into litigation role where she handled a variety of corporate disputes. While attending Capital University Law School, Breanna served on the executive board of Capital’s Moot Court Program, was Vice President of the Corporate and Business Law Association, and held an executive board position with the Sports Law Association.
