Overview

Brian is an associate in the firm’s Directors & Officers Liability Practice Group. He focuses his practice on directors and officers liability and insurance and professional and employment liability insurance. In this role, Brian serves as claims monitoring and coverage counsel for insurance companies providing primary and excess coverage. He has experience working with insurers in domestic and international coverage disputes involving securities and derivative claims, government investigations, bankruptcy claims, and other complex matters.

Before joining the firm, Brian was an Assistant Attorney General with the Antitrust Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office where he focused on complex litigation and investigations.
