Cameron is an Associate in the firm’s Representations & Warranties (RWI) Group. She focuses on post-closing disputes arising from M&A transactions, where she analyzes and advises on RWI claims, insurance coverage positions, and the underlying legal, accounting and compliance issues related to insured transactions. With a strong foundation in M&A, Cameron brings a practical, deal-focused perspective to assessing the legal issues that drive complex claims.

Prior to joining Bailey Cavalieri, Cameron spent nearly four years with a firm in Charlotte, NC as a corporate associate attorney, where she:

  • Advised businesses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracting matters.
  • Managed due diligence involving the review and analysis of material customer, vendor, licensing, and technology agreements to identify risk, consent requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Counseled clients on regulatory and compliance matters involving professional boards and other governing bodies.
  • Coordinated with opposing counsel, financial advisors and internal deal teams to efficiently move transactions from diligence through closing.

Cameron’s background in corporate transactions enables her to assess complex RWI claims with a strategic understanding of deal dynamics, including due diligence, transaction structuring and post-closing risk allocation.
