Jordan W. Ziolkowski

Jordan’s practice is focused on directors and officers liability insurance coverage. As coverage counsel, she routinely represents primary and excess insurers in a wide variety of complex claims and disputes arising under directors and officers liability insurance, as well as other forms of professional liability insurance, including private equity, employment, cyber, and fiduciary liability policies. Jordan has also represented insurers in insurance coverage litigation in federal and state courts throughout the U.S. Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was an associate at a litigation boutique in Columbus where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation and e-Discovery.
