Overview
Michael is an associate in the Corporate & Transactional Practice Group. His focus is on various tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and other business law matters. He assists with pre-transaction underwriting and risk assessments and post-closing M&A disputes with respect to transaction risk insurance. Michael also serves as coverage counsel to representations and warranties insurers.
Before joining Bailey Cavalieri, Michael worked in tax consulting for a big 4 public accounting firm. With a unique perspective on all facets of business law, he is driven to help his clients succeed while finding practical resolutions.
