Nic serves as an associate in the Corporate & Transactional, Construction, and Real Estate Practice Groups, advising clients on a wide range of business and industry matters. Nic’s work spans corporate governance, business formation, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence. Alongside transactional matters, Nic regularly assists clients with construction and real estate projects, including drafting and negotiating agreements, addressing performance issues, and resolving disputes that arise during complex projects.
