Trey is an associate in the firm’s Directors and Officers Liability Group. He focuses his practice on directors and officers liability and insurance, professional liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance, and insurance coverage litigation. Trey serves as coverage and claims-monitoring counsel for primary and excess insurers in a wide variety of complex litigation and disputes.

Before joining the firm, Trey focused his practice on both transactions and commercial litigation. In his transactional practice, he advised small and mid-market entities on matters such as business formation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance. On the litigation side, he represented plaintiff and defendant entities with disputes involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial real estate disputes, and business-related torts.
